We're seeking a senior Business Development professional to join a growing manufacturing company based in LS12. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years' experience with managing the full sales process with a proven track record on bringing in new business and converting new clients, this is a new and stand alone Sales role which you can make your own. This is an office based and client facing Sales role.
Working Hours: Full time, permanent position working Monday-Friday
Salary: Up to £40,000 PA (OTE £55,000-£60,000pa uncapped + company car)
The Role:
- Identifying & generating new business opportunities
- Creating sales strategies to successfully obtain new business
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Cold and warm lead calling
- Completing face to face meetings
- Using CRM system to manage sales pipeline
- Monthly reporting
- Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline forecast
The Candidate:
- At least 4 years' experience in Business Development
- Business to Business sales experience
- Driving License
- Warm and cold calling experience
- Sales leadership
- Consultative and relationship selling
- Key account development
- National account management
- Experience of working with a CRM system
