Business Development Manager

£30,000 - £40,000 + Commission

You will build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, whilst identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Manage a territory chosen by yourself and demonstrate knowledge of potential customers and competitors in this area.

Excellent commission structure with an unlimited earning potential
What you'll do:
- To work towards Personal and Team Sales Targets.
- To Identify new business growth opportunities via cold calling
- Manage Leads and Pipeline Efficiently - networking and rapport building.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts from end to end.
- Regular face to face visits with new and existing clients.
- Produce and present proposals to customers.
Experience
- Freight Forwarding 3PL and mail/ parcel sales experience.
- To be well-organised.
- Self-Motivated in a Sales Environment
- Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Maintain strong client relationships.
Package:
- 30k-40k base salary
- Commission - commission scheme to be discussed annual bonus based on performance
- Car allowance - 450 per month
