This is a not-for-profit membership organisation that is in a gold league of Health and Safety within its field and the services that they offer are market leading. They offer training, advice, and software solutions to a number of organisations both nationally and internationally and are now looking to bring on 2 BDM’s to target a brand new market for them.
What will you do?
· Develop and nurture a portfolio of new business clients for repeat business
· Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
· Grow and develop a healthy sales pipeline utilising the internal CRM system
· Provide a consultative approach to clients to find solutions to their needs
· Working alongside the marketing team to assist with lead generation
· Work alongside the sales management team to implement the sales strategy
· Prepare monthly reports and sales forecasting for meetings with wider team
What do you need?
· Consultative and solution-based sales experience is essential for this role
· Experience or knowledge of training courses, especially manual handling, would be advantageous
· Proven track record of generating revenue through new business
· Target driven and a passion for improving processes
· Customer focused and enjoys building relationships
· Experience in selling into the public sector would also be preferable
