With 3/4 currently in the sales team, they are looking to expand their sales function within the Bristol area, so they are looking for BDMs who reside near Bristol. They are looking for a BDM to join their team as a result of growth.

- New business acquisition; this role will predominantly be a new business role, however you will have some accounts to manage
- Establishing pipeline and driving sales for the business
- Management of own diary
- Weekly visits into the office; minimum of 1 day per week
- Adding to the culture of the business and being a core part of its family
Profile
The successful Business Development Manager will need...
- To be a new business hunter who has a proven track record of being able to create new opportunities.
- Sales experience within the telecoms industry and understand mobile, connectivity and unified communications.
- To be driven and self-motivated.
- To have experience of and a proven track record in achieving/exceeding targets
- To be very good at networking with decision makers on social media; primarily Linkedin
- To be great at asking open, discovery questions to gain relevant information to create opportunities.
- To be happy to self-generate leads.
- To be IT literate and happy using a CRM system.
