About the Company:

Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and promoting growth and innovation within the company. This position offers significant personal and professional growth opportunities for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the acquisition of new clients.
Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with new clients.
Take ownership of Sales Engagement in target accounts.
Generate new business through various outbound and inbound marketing channels.
Manage individual pipeline reporting and forecasting.
Required Experience:
Proven experience in Business Development or a related field.
Background in the IT industry, particularly with cloud services (Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and cybersecurity.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets and KPIs.
Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot and Autotask.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and commercial skills.
Proficient in commercial and contract negotiation.
Ability to be proactive and work autonomously in an uncertain environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Capability to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.
