Reporting to the Head of Business Development.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture leads within the freight industry, overseeing the entire sales cycle to ensure a seamless transition into operations.
- Proactively seek out new sales prospects through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Efficiently manage and monitor your sales pipeline using advanced CRM tools.
- Establish, foster, and sustain strategic relationships with both potential and existing clientele.
- Lead and execute marketing initiatives on various social media platforms.
- Set and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Cultivate a strong network of current and prospective customers.
- Develop and present competitive pricing solutions for multimodal logistics services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for spontaneous inquiries and generate quotations accordingly.
- Arrange productive business meetings with potential clients to comprehend their specific logistics requirements.
- Handle enquiries, RFIs, RFQs, and tenders from initial receipt to presentation and ultimate closure.
To Be Considered:
- Proven experience in driving sales within the Freight Forwarding industry.
- A solid track record of successful Business Development.
- Prior experience in Account Management.
- A strong drive to pursue new sales opportunities with exceptional negotiation skills.
- Outstanding communication and telephone skills, accompanied by robust administrative and customer service abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of International Trade routes.
- Experience in meeting and surpassing targets and KPIs.
