Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including conducting sales presentations and negotiations

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential areas for growth
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts to prospective clients
- Track and report on sales activities and progress towards targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Development or sales role
- Strong knowledge of software industry trends and technologies
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
