A fantastic full-service digital agency with offices in Warwickshire is on the hunt for a New Business Development Manager to join their team permanently.
This is a crucial role for the agency, as you will be responsible for driving the agency’s growth by acquiring new clients.
Location: Warwickshire (remote with occasional travel to office)
Salary: Up to 50,000 per annum (plus bonus)
Must have Digital agency/Media agency Business Development experience
- Confident in your ability to identify potential clients, developing a pipeline of new business opportunities
- A strong communicator, able to build strong relationships with key decision makers in organisations, to sell in the agencies offerings
- Happy to deliver several senior meetings per month for the MD and client-lead team to pitch
- Capable of leasing with the wider teams to develop high-level proposals for potential clients
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Able to identify, organise and attend relevant networking events throughout the year to develop strong relationships
- Have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
