Your Role
Based from their London office your role as Business Development Manager will see you support the Director with the generation of new leads.
You'll manage the pitch process from initial contact to handover to the Account Teams with the aim of always showing the value the agency can deliver for its clients.
Your keen sense of market awareness will allow you to spot opportunities for growth, monitor commercial performance, and support the Account Teams in identifying other revenue opportunities.
The leadership team will rely on your insight and market updates, and you'll be a regular ambassador for the agency at a range of industry events.
About You
Experience working in a Media agency or media ownerAt least 3 years of UK experience in a Sales roleComfortable working under pressureExcellent work ethic and resilienceGreat attention to detailProven record of new lead generation successThe client is also interested in meeting people with agency experience looking to transition to a sales focused role
