Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in their continued growth and success. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and nurturing new client relationships in the East Midlands area.
- Developing and maintaining strong networks in the construction and renovation industries.
- Creating and implementing strategic Business Development plans to generate new opportunities.
- Promoting our services, showcasing our commitment to quality, and building trust with potential clients.
- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure that projects are executed seamlessly.
- Providing clients with detailed prework assessments and tailored solutions.
- Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction through our comprehensive aftercare services.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Proven experience in a flooring, plastering, or dry lining company.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry in the East and West Midlands.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A track record of delivering results in a Business Development or sales role.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role ranges from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, dependent on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Additionally, we are open to negotiating a package for the right candidate, including a company car allowance.
