We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and spearhead the growth and expansion of our security solutions in the market.
As the Business Development Manager at ICON, your main responsibility will be identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strategic partnerships. You will be instrumental in crafting and implementing business plans that align with the company's objectives and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of our expansion, particularly in the Manned Guarding division, we are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the Security Industry.
We are looking for a committed team player with a keen eye for detail and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Security Industry sales.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships
- Generating leads
- Scheduling appointments
- Enhancing brand and marketing awareness through platforms like LinkedIn
- Preparing quotes using a cost model system
- Managing tender submissions
- Conducting security surveys
- Engaging in customer meetings
- Delivering presentations
- Effective communication with prospective customers and colleagues at all levels
Ideally, you should possess at least 3 years of prior experience in sales within the security industry, showcasing a positive attitude, determination, resilience, and a sharp focus on details. You will excel in gathering relevant information from customers/prospects to propose solutions that cater to their needs. A £2,000,000 initial target, equivalent to £166,666.66 in monthly sales, won't intimidate you. Your warm, outgoing, and vibrant personality will complement your confidence in both team and independent work.

Salary: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
