Looking for a challenging and exciting role in the insurance industry? The role will be working for a rapidly growing and innovative name in the market as part of their Business Development team.
This organisation, founded less than a decade ago, has quickly risen to prominence as an independent conglomerate in the UK. Through a mix of organic expansion and strategic planning, they managed to allocate over £500 million in Gross Written Premium (GWP) across different sectors.
Your new role
As part of this company's ambitious plans, they are seeking an enthusiastic and personable professional who can take this space to new heights of success.
Based in the South/South East, you will visit brokers across your region to build and strengthen the relationship.
Whilst home based, you will be expected to travel to meet brokers and attended office meetings on a monthly basis.
Main responsibilities:
- Developing broker accounts, forging strong relationships
- Identification of opportunities for growth that are aligned with product strategy and appetite
- Building both a personal and company brand
- Identify, evaluate and secure new distribution opportunities
What you\'ll need to succeed
- A general knowledge of the insurance market and legislation requirements
- Business development, relationship management and client management experience within the insurance industry
- Have a strong network within the industry and be able to utilise these connections to grow our Broker accounts
- Proven ability in developing and executing strategic plans
- Must have a current driving licence, own vehicle and be willing to travel nationwide
What you\'ll get in return
