Are you a Business Development Manager with a background in transport or similar, ready to use your skills and experience to mould this brand new role into your own with the ability to progress to director level, whilst receiving countless benefits?

This new role will be yours to develop, with authority to shape it how you see fit, and where your new Business Development ideas are not met with "we'll see" but with "what can we do to make it happen?". You will be responsible for developing and implementing ways to onboard new contracts and clients whilst ensuring that the transport department are being utilized in the most efficient and commercially supportive way.
This role would suit an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager with a background in transport, ready to bring their skills to develop this new role.
The Role:

• Responsible for generating new business opportunities, bringing in new business from existing and new clients
• Account management responsibilities for current accounts and ensuring desired revenue goals are over achieved
• Collaborate with other departments to support the transport department growth and develop / negotiate new business ventures
• Monday - Friday // 9 - 5 // hybrid working (possibility of overnight stays)

The Person:

• Experience in Business Development management essential with a background in transport or similar
• Full UK driving license
