Henderson Brown is delighted to announce a partnership with a renowned Global Food Manufacturing business located in the Greater London Area who are looking to recruit the newest member of their Foodservice Team. With category leading brands and amazing products you will fly with the right attitude and activity levels.
OVERVIEW:
This role is going to be challenging, but offer great growths points in a business that time and time again enables people to grow. The right person will need not only to be a first-rate Business Development executive but also someone who operates with Rigour, Process and Structure in a customer centric manner.
PERSON SPEC:
We are looking for someone who has a great energy, can problem-solve at speed, knows the foodservice sector, and wants to progress in their career.
It's important the incoming incumbent understands and appreciates that this is a fast-paced business, therefore they will need to be comfortable with an active portfolio, operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.
The successful candidates will hold themselves to the values that underpin the business and can both integrate and add value to a diverse team. They will lead change, but also be part of the consistent progression of this amazing business.
Authenticity will be at the core of this individual, coupled with an incredible desire to succeed and a genuine nature to support the overall development of their new team will be key.
