Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager (Temp, Home-Based)
Elite Healthcare Solutions Ltd is seeking an ambitious and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing based in company the UK. Reporting to the Director, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business revenues.
Are you a hands on Business Development Manager or Head of Business Development with a track record of delivering occupancy targets in a Supported Living environment? Then this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Tender Writing: Craft compelling and competitive tenders to secure contracts and partnerships.
- Referral Generation: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, local organizations, and healthcare professionals to drive referrals.
- Client Acquisition: Attract new clients by promoting our services, conducting outreach, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships: with key stakeholders, including Integrated Commissioning Boards, Local Authorities, Case Managers, healthcare providers, and community organisations, to drive referrals and strategic partnerships.
- Working with the senior team: develop and execute comprehensive Business Development plans aligned with the company's objectives, including market analysis, competitor assessment, and identification of growth opportunities.
- Conducting meetings with funding aithorities to promote the services and gain referrals
Requirements:
- Experience: Only candidates with prior experience in care provision, tender writing, or related fields will be considered.
- Home-Based: This position offers the flexibility of working from home, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.
- Proven experience: of building and maintaining strong, long lasting customer relationships and maximising business opportunities
This is a pro active role that requires someone with great communication and organisation skills.
Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
