Business Development Manager
UK (Remote)
£30,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance
We are working with a worldwide freight forwarding specialist who are looking for a BDM to join their business with the opportunity to make uncapped commission from day 1.
They are providing a chance to work remotely across the entire UK. You'll also get to oversee the entire sales process by managing leads and pipelines effectively.
What you'll do:
- Proactively identify and reach out to new customers through calls and face to face visits.
- To work towards a personal KPI target of new business.
- Demonstrate and present proposals of the services to customers.
- Negotiate and pursue revenue opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Actively recognise and manage a constant pipeline and leads of potential new customers.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in field sales
- Knowledge of the freight forwarding logistics industry
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong negotiation skills
