As a key player in our highly consultative approach to business, you'll prioritise customer satisfaction while achieving targets and KPIs. Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise lead conversion to meet business objectives and KPIs
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide consultation and advice aligned with business policies and industry data
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold regulatory compliance
Main Tasks:
- Research, identify, and qualify new business prospects
- Handle inbound new business inquiries
- Follow set processes for customer relationship management
- Cultivate relationships with strategic business partners for lead generation
- Attend events, including networking opportunities and training sessions
- Conduct online presentations via Webinar; video calling platforms such as MS Teams / Zoom.
Skills Required:
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to conduct video / online presentations via MS Teams / Zoom
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, particularly Excel
- Dedication and a strong work ethic
