Our client, a rapidly expanding, independent business is looking to recruit a Business Development Specialist to support their continued growth! As they continue their growth trajectory, this opening will prove crucial role in booking appointments for the field-based team, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Your primary responsibility will involve making outbound calls to arrange appointments for the field-based consultants. Additionally, you will handle general enquiries when required. The role is pivotal in customer relationship building and contributing to the development of outbound calling and marketing campaign strategies.
- 25,000 per annum basic
- OTE 35,000 year one
- NG1, NO PARKING
- Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.00pm
Responsibilities:
- Create positive first impressions with prospective clients
- Represent the business in a professional and engaging manner
- Obtain key information during calls with prospective clients to enhance the understanding of their needs
- Achieve and report on set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including the booking of successful meetings
- Utilise the business CRM system to accurately record and manage key client information
- Rebook any cancelled meetings promptly to maintain the appointment schedule
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of phone-based sales experience is ESSENTIAL
- Excellent telephone manner with a focus on professionalism and rapport building
- Self-motivated with high levels of discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
