Business Intelligence Analyst

We're building out our Tech/Data team 🎉 Adanola are searching for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join us on our growth journey. The role will report to our Head of Product Development, and be the first role of it's kind in the company.

About your responsibilities:

• Develop and apply modelling and data analytics solutions and ensure data systems pull together disparate datasets.
• Plan and manage projects/programs of work, developing and managing script for repeatable analysis along with the use of statistical techniques to find trends and insight from data.
• Develop complex, technical outputs and offer input to the development of strategies, plans and business cases.
• Explore data, dashboards, statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
• Outline and deliver a robust BI strategy by identifying opportunities to utilise data and drive continuous improvements to business growth, performance and customer experience.
• Drive data driven decisions across the business through accurate reporting, dashboarding and analytics.
• Support data governance and champion high data quality standards.
• Manage to BI tool stack and keep up to date with new technologies to ensure the team are innovative.
• Work in partnership with various teams and by working cross-functionally to support accurate, data-driven insights.
• Document ETL processes, data models, and report specifications.

About you:

• A strong track record developing and applying modelling and data analytics solutions.
• Experience planning and managing programs of work.
• Have previously developed script for repeatable analysis.
• Proven use of statistical techniques to find trends and insight from data is essential.
• Advanced skills in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience using multiple Data Visualisation tools.
• Experience of working with large scale ERP systems.
• Understand ETL and other data warehouse principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
