A fast growth Fintech company based in Leeds are looking for a BI Manager. This is a newly created role for the company as it looks to expand its Data journey.
What you'll be doing
- Building, forming, and creating our new data function. (Installing the foundations for future success)
- You will work very closely with senior stakeholders in the organisation to define the direction.
- Leverage our existing systems, tools, and tech stack to centralise data, insight and knowledge into one place.
- Educate, upskill, and document where, how and why data can be used more effectively within each department.
- Work very closely with the revenue, finance, operations, engineering, and product teams
This role will be a great fit if
- You have proven experience building building a data function along with the expertise on how to maximise data within the organisation.
- You have a deep interest and passion for data analytics, data insight, Business Intelligence and informational story telling.
- You will have a customer mindset and help the organisation use tools effectively
- You have experience in using a variety of Data tools
- You have led best-in-class data teams, have designed data roadmaps, can prioritise them based on impact and outcomes.
- Extracting data from source and using tools and techniques to visualise the data effectively to engage and inform key stakeholder groups.
- You're collaborative and understand the principles of how product, revenue and operations align to drive focus and value.
- You're great at writing OKRs and setting the direction of a newly formed data function to ensure your team remain protected from the demands of the business to focus on key priorities.
- Passionate about Data along with experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll receive
- Salary of £75-90k depending on experience
- Discretionary bonus up to 10% based on personal and company performance
