Are you an experienced BTEC Business Studies Lecturer looking for a new role?

Reed Further Education are working with a college in Birmingham who are searching for a business studies lecturer to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis for the new academic year September 2024. The business studies lecturer will be delivering on BTEC programmes up to level 3.

The role would require travel between the colleges different campuses across Birmingham.

Job Title: BTEC Business Studies Lecturer

Position: Mon-Frid, 24 to 30 hours a week

Role type: Temporary Ongoing – September Start

Location: Birmingham - Digbeth, Hall Green, Longbridge

Rate: £26 - £29 per hour including holiday pay

The successful Business Studies Lecturer will have the following skills and qualifications:

• Experience of teaching BTEC Business Studies
• Experience of working in an FE environment
• Relevant industry experience
• Relevant teaching qualification
• Level 3 and above in subject specialism
• Level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Reed Compliance
