Job description

We are looking for someone to join our outstanding SEN provision, someone who shares our ambitious and innovative ideas for getting our young people with Special Educational Needs into employment through a range of varying activities. Year on year we secure high quality employment outcomes for our young people through engaging a wide range of businesses and employers and Working with them to train their staff teams, instill our values of inclusion and fairness and Work with learners and employers to find Work Placements that are well supported and of the highest quality.

We’d like you to have experience in all or some of the following:

  • Liaising and negotiating with businesses/employers in a professional setting.
  • Experience of working with young people with SEN and Autism
  • Be an excellent communicator and have some customer service experience.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Supported Internships and Access to Work funding.
