Job Title: Business Life Insurance Consultant
Salary: £30,000 basic, £85,000 OTE
Hours: Full time
Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office near Solihull, 3 days from home)

Position Overview: As a Business Life Insurance Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the business expansion. You will be responsible for reaching out to highly qualified leads, offering tailored Business Life Insurance solutions, and effectively closing deals. This role offers the flexibility of working from home and the office, with comprehensive training, equipment, and support provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact highly qualified leads to offer Business Life Insurance solutions to company directors and owners
- Utilise various communication channels such as phone, email, WhatsApp, etc., to engage with clients and provide quotes
- Work with allocated leads for the day, as well as follow up on previous calls and contracts
- Complete applications over the phone and collaborate with the admin team to ensure seamless processing of deals
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the cloud-based system
- Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- A background in Business Life Insurance is not essential, as in house product training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in insurance or sales would be advantageous
