SalaryUCB is looking to appoint an Administration Officer to work as part of our well established and professional Supporter Care Team. This is on a fixed term for 12 months, with the possibility of extending.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a gifted communicator both face to face and on the telephone and have a passion for responding to the needs of our customers, both internal and external. The successful candidate will be computer literate with the ability to read and digest information accurately, have a keen eye for detail, have good organisational and administrations skills, together with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to prioritise a diverse and demanding but enjoyable role.
This position will be based at our Operations Centre, Westport Road, Burslem, Stoke on Trent ST6 4JF.
