As a Business & Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our community of clients, patients, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and executing engagement strategies that drive brand loyalty, foster community growth, and support our business objectives. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and a passion for healthcare.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
- Manage and grow our online and offline communities, including social media channels, forums, and events.
- Create and curate content that resonates with the right audience and promotes our healthcare services and products.
- Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align community activities with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Support the Business Development team by driving new business opportunities through email outreach and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our community management strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Manager or similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Previous experience working with and supporting stakeholders and C-Suite level members of staff.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, online community building, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of business development and strategizing business plans.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
- Offices in Bristol, Oxford, or London so you can be based in either locations.
