Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a Business Operations Administrator for a 6 months contract on a rate of £14.11 Responsibilities:- To assist with provision of effective administrative support for ECA Business Operations, including Health & Safety, information compliance, governance, deputising for the ECA Principal's PA as required, and providing support to the EDI Co-Directors. Essential Skills:- Relevant work experience of typically 3 years work experience in a similar role supporting senior management. - Well-developed organisational, time management and task prioritisation skills; ability to organise and prioritise own work and to work under pressure, with the initiative and judgement to resolve many day-to-day problems independently. - Excellent all-round administrative skills. - Demonstrable communication skills in person, online and in writing. Desirable Skills:- Experience in servicing committees and groups, including effective minute taking, and systematic preparation and follow-through.
