You’ll be assisting the Operations Director to ensure the smooth running of Business Operations in all areas.
Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Director and cross-functional teams to pinpoint operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement prospects.
- Utilise Power BI to analyse data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Provide IT support, overseeing infrastructure and systems to ensure they effectively and securely meet operational needs.
- Assist in devising and executing operational strategies to boost efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
- Oversee IT device maintenance, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and liaise with the external IT support company as needed.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard sensitive company information and digital assets.
- Assist in GDPR matters, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role. Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
They will also have knowledge and experience of providing IT support and managing IT infrastructure and systems and Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations.
