We are looking for a Business Planning Analyst to define, develop, and implement Business Planning processes within our core function of the Corporate Planning Office. This stand-alone role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our strategic planning and reporting.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Conduct regular calls and report events with cross-functional teams in a standardised format.
- Assist the Business Planning Manager in reporting milestones and maintaining standard working procedures with Supply Chain and the wider business.
- Analyse trends and forecasts to assist in preparing strategic plans.
- Manage databases, master data inputs, and maintain working templates including data inputs and lookup features.
- Prepare and distribute cyclical HQ reports, including booking and billing forecasts, with commentary and deviation analysis.
- Support the annual budget and Mid-Term Plan (MTP) preparation, including budget model preparation, information distribution, and deviation analysis.
- Control budget focusing on daily activities, actual analysis with trends, and providing feedback.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure strict compliance with group processes and procedures.
- Support on Tableau implementation project and provide ad-hoc project support.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, delegate, and work to very tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with macro knowledge.
- Experience with SAP and other forecasting tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organise work effectively, focus on results, and maintain efficiency under heavy workload.
- Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle conflict positively.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing and stressful situations.
