Business Readiness Lead

Seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Business Readiness Lead to ensure successful integration of Employee Central into the business.

You will be responsible for:

Defining and implementing the Business Readiness approach, conducting assessments, resolving issues, embedding new processes, and supporting users.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills needed to collaborate across teams and manage competing priorities.
• Proven experience defining and managing ERP-related Business Readiness essential.
• An analytical, resilient professional who can build credibility and lead change effectively.
