Technical Business Services Administrator 25k Annually - 12.82 per hour Pride Park, Derby
Contract for 6 months
Monday to Friday - 9-5pmOur client are seeking to appoint an experienced TechnicalBusiness Services Administrator to join their team on a temporary contract for 6 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing services within the company as part of the Business Services team. The core focus of this post is to provide efficient technical administrative support to a specific operational function, therefore knowledge and experience of IFS and/or ERP systems is required

The finer elements of the role:
- Experience on IFS or ERP Systems
- Creating work orders, tracking maintenance tasks, generating invoices from worksheets
- Provide administrative support under the instruction and support of the Head of Business Services
- Collate and input technical company data onto databases
- Keep computer databases up to date
- Research company data and archived reports
- Keep well-organised files and records of business activity
- Participate in office meetings and take meeting minutes when asked
- Operate telephones ensuring messages are dealt with efficiently and effectively
- Preparing documents including, but not limited to, printing, copying and binding
- Make travel arrangements and order catering requirements when requested
- Managing company communications, scheduling appointments and events when requested
- Preparation for meetings / events when requested
