Role: Business Strategy Planner
Salary: £42,000 - £57,000
Location: Telford
We are seeking an experienced Business Strategy Planner for a large-scale manufacturing business based in Telford.
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing strategic planning, analysis, and project-oriented tasks to assist senior leaders of the business. You will further support the business by making resource allocation decisions within the context of project portfolio management.
Business Strategy Planner Skills / Background -
* Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
* Degree in relevant field
* Project/Product Management experience
* Previous experience as a Strategic Planner (desired)
* Ability to work at a senior level with business leaders
Business Strategy Planner Role Responsibilities -
* Participate in Strategy / Financial / Business Reviews to support the businesses planning processes
* Assist in the design & delivery of integrated business planning strategies
* Analyse business case proposals specifically for product/market developments
* Identify opportunities for investments in growth projects incl. new product developments, operational changes, and business transformation proposals
* Make recommendations to optimise resource allocations in regards to individual product performance
* Design and develop a quantitative model for available & focused markets incl. market share
* Contribute to monthly business project reviews by supporting strategic deployments and executions
* Work closely alongside business leaders and other function departments of the business to analyse performance, support making executive business decisions and suggest opportunities for growth
