Business studies Lecturer

Are you passionate about teaching Business Studies to young learners? Do you have experience in delivering Level 2 courses in Gateway and Btec? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Reed Further Education is looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Business lecturer to join a college in Birmingham. You will be teaching a range of units, such as Finance, Business Documentation, Communication, and Public Sector, to students who are eager to learn and progress. You will also be responsible for providing individual support to students who need extra help with their studies.

The role is based at the College's main campus, with one day per week at a different site. The working hours are Monday or Tuesday (subject to availability), Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday morning till 1pm. The contract is temporary, but with the possibility of extension.

- A relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, etc.)
- A subject-specific qualification in Business or related field
- Experience in teaching Level 2 Business Studies courses in Gateway and Btec
- A DBS check within the last 12 months or on the update service
- A positive and professional attitude
