An outstanding secondary school in Slough is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join a successful department. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated educator to teach at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, as well as Level 3 vocational courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons to students at KS4, KS5, and Level 3 vocational courses.
• Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure academic excellence.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the Business Studies curriculum.
• Participate in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and school events as required.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and student engagement.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a relevant degree and a recognised teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching Business Studies at KS4 and KS5 levels, and ideally, Level 3 vocational courses.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to student achievement and progress.
• Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Be a proactive and collaborative team member, contributing to the wider school community.
• Be dedicated to continuous professional development and willing to engage in ongoing training and development opportunities.
