THE ROLE
- You will be responsible for lesson planning and classroom management.
- Educating and keeping young minds stimulated throughout the day
- Can proactively keep lessons engaging and memorable
- Adjust teaching styles for any pupils that learn in different ways and speeds.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
ü Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification / Relevant Subject Experience
ü Possess a great sense of humour, along with the ability to connect and communicate effectively with both young people and colleagues.
ü Embrace teamwork and demonstrate strong communication skills.
ü Approach teaching and learning with excitement and creativity.
ü Develop and deliver inclusive lessons tailored to accommodate diverse needs and abilities.
ü Maintain a calm and patient approach, complemented by excellent behaviour management skills.
