Responsibilities: Curriculum Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Key Stage 4 and 5 Business Studies classes. Create a dynamic learning environment that fosters critical thinking and practical application of business concepts. Key Stage 5 Economics For suitable candidates, offer Key Stage 5 Economics classes, ensuring alignment with curriculum requirements. Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments to gauge student understanding and progress. Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student development. Individualised Support Identify and address the diverse learning needs of students, offering additional support where necessary. Encourage independent research and project work to enhance students' analytical and problem-solving skills. Incorporate Real-world Examples: Integrate practical, real-world examples into lessons, connecting theoretical concepts to current business practices.
