Business Support Administrator
We are looking for a Business Support Administrator for our busy Risktec Glasgow office East Kilbride/Glasgow City.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Business Support Administration who has a positive, enthusiastic approach to work and is confident and professional in all that they do. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team and is able to work with staff at all levels to senior managers/directors. The Business Support Administrator role forms part of the close working Scotland team who assist our Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Netherlands offices as well as a UK wide Graduate placing scheme. We work alongside a larger Business Support team based in our other offices in the UK and overseas.
Duties and Responsibilities
Providing office, clerical and invoicing support in the following areas:
Financial
• Preparing Monthly invoicing (including chasing of company debtors and late payment)
• Production of Accruals
• Raising of Purchase Orders
• Collating Timesheet and expenses for input
General Office Support
• Meeting/greeting visitors.
• Deal will all incoming/outgoing mail
• Liaising with Landlord/Cleaning Contractor
Project Support
• Project set up in company systems such as BCS/SAP monthly reviews.
• Raise proposals/new projects.
• Assist with on boarding of new project staff/graduates on company schemes.
Project Manager Support
• Organising couriers
• Booking car hire and travel
• Organising Meetings
• Arranging lunches as & when required
Security and Safety
• Organising security passes
• Disseminate HSE information monthly to HSE Department
• Recording Dosimetry Records Nuclear
• Arranging PPE on an ad hoc basis
Qualifications and Experience
• A minimum of 2 years’ Experience in business administration support
• SAP/BCS or similar experience with Maconomy/Sage finance programs.
