Business Support Administrator
Our client is looking for a Business Support Administrator to join the Marketing and Bid Team. This is an exciting role and will involve being part of a busy and successful team, immersed in many projects and activities across the Group. The Business Support Administrator will be responsible for:
- Supporting the sales team to ensure they have all necessary sales support tools required
- Liaising with sales team regarding upcoming contract opportunities
- Management of the bid library
- Overseeing the collation of content for tender responses
- Completing prequalification documentation
- Completing health and safety documentation
- Tender assistance and support
- Managing various sales databases
- Managing proposal trackers and CRM
- Providing administrative support to senior management across the group
Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal English
- The ability to multitask is essential
- An accurate proofreader with great attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines - time management skills
- People management skills (i.e. scheduling meetings, information collection, etc.)
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate between multiple departments
- Ability to work under own initiative as well as being a team player
- Ability to effectively communicate within Bid team and to wider management team
The ideal candidate will have experience in working in an office environment. A third level degree is advantageous but not essential.
