- Job Type: Temporary, Full-time, 37 Hours a week - Monday to Friday
- Location: Nottingham, NG21
- Salary: £12.18 per hour
- Handling various payments including budgets, lunch money, and petty cash.
- Arranging transport for service users.
- Making records, maintaining accurate data, and passing on information efficiently.
- Managing staff paperwork and ensuring all administrative tasks are up to date.
- Providing advice and guidance to customers, business partners, and others on business processes and operational service issues.
- Organising meetings and events, including booking venues, issuing invitations, distributing papers, and taking minutes.
- Excellent communication skills to deal with a diverse range of people including service users, family members, team leaders, and managers.
- Proficient ICT skills with the ability to input data accurately and efficiently across various systems and spreadsheets.
- A personable, friendly, patient, and hardworking individual.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing situations.
