As an Business Support Coordinator your duties will include:
- Dealing with incoming telephone queries, sorting mail and responding to email enquiries.
- Ensure that vehicle files/fuel cards are maintained accordingly.
- Manage the order/sale process for the business, ensuring excel spreadsheets are kept up to date.
- Manage the administration of policies/contracts.
- Administration of company credit card processes and manage spend.
- Processing of month end statements.
- Dealing with invoices and updating systems.
- Assist other departments in the company with any ad-hoc requirements.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Demonstrated experience of working within an administration or coordination position.
- High levels of attention to detail and great organisational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proactive nature and a team player.
In return the successful Business Support Coordinator will receive a salary between £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, dependent on experience, working Monday to Friday, with some flexible hours and part-time options. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a successful company
