An exciting Business Support role with an investment firm located in Mayfair, London. This is a growing boutique firm that are forward thinking with an emphasis on a positive working environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Day-to-day support and management of clients
- Assist with a range of administrative tasks
- Review and prepare internal and external documents
- Assist with reception and office management coordination
- HR duties; onboarding, recruitment, and general administration
- General ad hoc responsibilities as required
WHO YOU ARE
Experience working in a Business Support role is a must, and being able to prioritise needs, and follow orders is important. You must have strong communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients. Â

REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced demanding environment
- Work proactively and problem-solve making effective decisions
- Desire to work hard and go above and beyond
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
The salary on offer is 45-50K, DOE, and comes with a generous benefits package and bonus (Performance-based).
