About Our Client
They are already a very well-established regional provider of replacement conservatory roofs with over 4,000 installs. They are now expanding into the renewable energy market and require a Business Support Coordinator. The successful applicant will be in at the very start of this project and will have every opportunity to grow & progress with the company.
The Role
As the Business Support Coordinator you will be an integral part of the Operations team, responsible for overseeing administration and customer service tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients installations are executed seamlessly, leaving their customers delighted with their renewable energy purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will act as the main point of contact between customers, assisting them with any queries and qualifying appointments and providing exceptional customer service
- Lead allocation and data management/movement using the CRM system
- Coordinate Installer teams, trades, and customers to achieve the installation plans
- Monitor and track depot appointment and installation plans, helping projects stay on schedule
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to installations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues
- Raise purchase orders and reconcile invoices
