Search are partnered with an excellent provider of facilities management to help them source for a Business Support Executive. The successful candidate will fulfil various human resources duties. This role serves as a bridge between employees and management, facilitating effective communication, and promptly addressing inquiries and issues. Additionally, you will contribute to developing policies, procedures, and documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Support hiring processes and payroll preparation
* Maintain accurate employee records and manage absences
* Provide guidance on employee relations and performance issues
* Assist with investigations, disciplinary actions, and appeals
* Generate HR analytic and reports
* Update employee files and company policies
* Attend board meetings and perform general administrative tasks
* Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Required skills:
* Exceptional communication skills
* Proficient in IT, particularly Word and Excel
* Demonstrated proficiency with payroll systems
* Prior experience in HR/Management role
* Experience in a similar capacity
