Business Support Manager, Single Lead Employer

We are looking for an experienced administrator with a proven track record of providing comprehensive administrative support.to large multi disciplinary services.. The post holder will be responsible for the smooth running of the Single Lead Employer medical workforce team, ensuring the management team can successfully execute their responsibilities. The Business Support Manager will act as the main channel of communication for all tripartite arrangements between Health Education and Improvement Wales and multiple host organisations The post holder will also play a pivotal role in maintaining a range of employment systems and developing and monitoring a suite of KPI's aligned to the different tripartite relationships. We would be looking for an experienced administrator with demonstrable experience of managing a large workload in a busy office environment. Due to the nature of the role the ideal candidate would have a high level of interpersonal skills to deal with complex and sensitive information and dealing with multiple stakeholders and professional bodies. They will require excellent organisational and communication skills with demonstrable experience of maintaining multiple electronic systems.
