The Role:
To assist in managing and improving the Commissioning Team corporate processes and procedures, including Business Plan, Risk Management, Business Continuity, Workforce Planning, Performance Management Framework, Cabinet Reports, Quality Systems and processes. To provide adhoc Business Support to the Commissioning Team.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will be highly organised and able to manage competing pressures and demands against tight deadlines. They will be skilled at note taking meetings, providing high level administrative support, and working to, as well as advising on, Policies and procedures. The candidate will be working as part of a small team offering support to senior officers and managers across Children's Services, excellent communication and social skills will be required.
