We are looking to recruit a highly skilled individual to join our Team to work alongside our colleagues supporting Children's Services Future4Me, for a period of 18 months.

As a Business Support Officer, you will play a vital role in our Customer Relations Team by writing complaint reports and analysing data to drive improvements across the organisation.
You will work closely with various teams to ensure that customer complaints are addressed promptly and effectively. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business processes and customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and write detailed complaint reports, identifying root causes and proposed solutions.
- Analyse complaint data to identify trends and patterns, providing insights to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to document corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Monitor the effectiveness of complaint resolution processes and document improvements as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development of training materials and workshops to promote best practices in complaint handling.
- Provide administrative support to the Business Support team as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in writing detailed reports and analysing data.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Prior experience in complaint handling or customer service is desirable but not essential.
