Business Systems Analyst

Our market leading client based in Newbury (2 days on-site, 3 WFH) are looking for a Business Systems Analyst, almost someone who specialises in solely implementing systems. They have an exceptional company culture, they carry out life saving research and have an outstanding benefits package, including 10% non-contributory pension.

Essential experiences/requirements:

• Demonstratable experience taking requirements, going to market to fond 3rd party suppliers and then supporting the implementation.
• Rather than doing the development internally they want someone who can find the best "off the shelf" solutions on the market.
• Ability to conduct and lead workshops.
• Proven track record of taking implementing systems from within a business to support their needs.
• Strong stakeholder management record and an exceptional communicator.
