Business Systems Analyst

We are delighted to be working with a highly respected manufacturing business in South Norfolk, who are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their growing team. This role will involve driving day-to-day ERP functionalities, applying innovative systems and processes to enhance operational efficiencies. You will also help develop new reports, KPIs, and dashboards aligning with evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch hardware and software support, specializing in ERP-related concerns.
• Execute Business Projects in collaboration with the Business Systems Manager and Company Executives, ensuring timely and budget-aligned delivery.
• Act as the central IT contact for ERP and reporting requirements, managing change requests and aiding in system development.
• Collaborate on SSRS, Dashboards, and other reporting tools for impactful reports' creation.
• Support the upkeep of server-based technologies essential for the ERP system.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and project activities to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.

Experience Requirements:

• Profound understanding of Manufacturing Business Processes.
• Extensive knowledge of ERP Tables, Fields, and Links.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Python, C# coding, MS SQL, and customer-facing skills.
