Exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Manager to play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a a growing organisations Business Systems. The successful candidate will ensure data integrity and security while managing day-to-day administrative systems functions.

Day to Day of the role:- Develop a comprehensive knowledge base of software architecture, overseeing maintenance and optimisation of Business Systems.
- Automate processes and ensure systems are fit for purpose, delivering technical requirements in a timely manner.
- Guarantee data quality and integrity, streamlining database queries and utilising single sources of truth.
- Manage the Business Systems and data, working with the Business System Administrator and system superusers.
- Act as the primary liaison between system vendors and the organisation, ensuring systems meet organisational needs.
- Identify and implement staff training to increase technical skillsets and support required technologies.
- Proactively communicate with departments to ensure feedback is received and information needs are met.
- Develop and review policies and procedures impacted by new system developments.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet business system owners’ requirements.
- Address issues raised by business system owners and users, collaborating with external providers for resolutions.
- Experience managing Business Systems and reporting to senior management.
- Good range of Business Systems/Systems knowledge - Access Suite is desirable.
- Significant experience within HR and/or finance compliance.
- Knowledge of relevant quality standards to support and develop services.
- Proven ability to manage quality assurance and/or change projects.
- Skilled in implementation projects and knowledgeable in project management procedures.
- Expertise in supporting and resolving complex technical application problems.
- Methodical, diligent, with excellent attention to detail and planning abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritise workload effectively.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
