Business Systems Manager

We're partnering with an organisation leading the way in research into technological advances for the betterment of our world on recruiting a Business Systems Manager.
The business are based in Bristol but most of the team work 100% remotely, so it'd be up to you how often you want to be onsite and is paying £60,000 - £70,000pa.
You will be managing a team of Microsoft 365 Technical resources working on Power BI, SharePoint and Dynamics 365. The role will be 100% hands-off, but you will need to have experience working in environments with similar tech stacks, managing teams with similar skillsets. The role will be focussed on:
A) Line Management of the team, management of contractors and 3rd party resources
and B) Partnering with stakeholders in the business, understanding requirements and coming up with solutions to these, managing timelines, expectations and budget accordingly.
Please be aware that while this role requires no onsite working, it is a UK based role and you must have right to work in the UK already as we cannot offer sponsorship. 
You will be rewarded with:

Essential Skillset / Experience
- ERP, Preferably Dynamics 365 (especially D365 F&O)
- Line Management / Team Leadership
- Broad Microsoft 365 experience
- Excellent communication & Business Partnering experience
- Strong organisational skills
Desirable Skillset / Experience
- 3rd party resource management (Microsoft & MS Gold Partners)
- SharePoint / Power BI / Power Platform / Power Apps
- D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) / D365 Human Resources / D365 Project Operations / D365 CRM
- Understanding of the full SDLC
- Azure & Azure DevOps
