Business Systems Manager

Are you an expert user of CRM and HR systems with a high attention to detail? If so, we would love to hear from you!

We are currently recruiting for a Business Systems Manager to join our IT team, particularly to focus on support with our CRM and HR systems.

As a technical subject matter expert, you will provide important support to all system users and where possible, configure and maintain the systems to ensure they are optimised for the organisations needs.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the Motability Foundation to ascertain an in depth understanding of the current and likely future business requirements, producing documentation and implementation plans to support the solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in using Microsoft Dynamics and experience in administering a HRIS system (ideally Select HR). You will be working with stakeholders across the organisation, therefore excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, with the ability to bring together ideas and suggestions to create plans to deliver the changes that will make a real difference to our systems users.

Must haves:

·       At least 3 years' experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics365) including:

o   Supporting, developing, and debugging system workflows

o   Making system configuration changes as and when needed

o   Resolving user issues

·       At least 3 years' experience administering an HRIS system. Ideally Select HR

Nice to haves:

·       Project Management / Project Leadership skills

·       Experienced in Agile (SaFe) methodology
